Proper Use

The gentle application of ZestraŽ easily becomes a natural, enjoyable part of foreplay that can actively contribute to feminine sexual pleasure and satisfaction.

Dosage

Apply up to the entire contents of a single sachet with gentle massage to the external female genitalia (clitoris, underneath the clitoral hood, labia & vaginal opening) for 5 minutes prior to vaginal intercourse.

The Routine

During foreplay, you or your partner should gradually apply the oil with gentle massage onto the clitoris, labia and outer areas of the vagina. Massage in tenderly for 5 minutes. The effects generally begin in about 4 to 5 minutes. You may experience a gradual genital warming effect that will build to a pleasurable level and then plateau within about 10 minutes. You may also experience heightened genital sensation to touch and/or sexual intercourse, heightened arousal and increased sexual pleasure. The effects generally last 30-45 minutes with a single application. Repeat as often as desired. To remove, simply wash off. 

Remember, ZestraŽ is not flavored or sweetened and therefore is not intended for "tasty" oral sex.
